How to Join the Fourth Degree with Bishop McNamara 4th Degree Assembly #384, Frederick, MD.

In order to join the Fourth Degree, you must first be a Third Degree member of the Knights of Columbus.

Contact a member of Bishop McNamara Assembly to serve as your sponsor. If you don't know a member, contact Faithful Captain Dave Satterfield, cell 301-305-2127.

- Complete Sections 1 and 2 of the attached Form 4, print it out, and sign it in Section 4. Note: It's fillable by typing in acrobat until printed to be signed.
- Work with your sponsor to have the top part of Section 5 completed and signed by the Financial Secretary of your 3rd Degree Council.
Provide the hard copy, signed by the Financial Secretary, to your sponsor, who will obtain signatures of our assembly Faithful Comptroller and Faithful Navigator and submit your completed application at an assembly meeting for approval.
- After approval, work with your sponsor to attend the next available 4th degree exemplification to be held in our area.
- Upon attending a 4th degree exemplification, you will be a Sir Knight with Bishop McNamara Assembly 384, Welcome.
