Flag Day Salute. Key receives KC patriotic service award.
Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus of Bishop McNamara Assembly 384, Fredrick, recently presented Key Chevrolet-Cadikacc, Baughmans Lane, with a certificate commending the dealership's partiotic service to the country through public display of the flag -- specifically it;s huge 20x30-foot garrison flag, lighted on a 100-foot flagpole, seen above in background. The Fourth Degree, added to the order's traditional three degrees in 1900, Morrow said, has its primary purpose, the fostering of "the spirit of patriotism" and the Key flag display has helped project this spirit in Frederick and in motorists viewing the flag, visible night and day for miles around.
