November 25, 2005 - "Keep Christ in Christmas" youth poster contest - Cat II Winner
Judging of "Keep Christ in Christmas" youth poster contest was conduced on Nov 26. There were 53- entrants for the Catholic schools in Frederick and the St. John the Evangelist religiouseducation porgram. Due to the large number of entries, we selected local winners for each grade within each school and program, 37 totsl. Three overall category winners were selected for competition at the MD State Council level, Cat I for grades 1-3, Cat II for grades 4-6, snd Cat III for grades 7-8.
Judging was performed by Knights and family members, including PGK Dave Satterfield and his daugther Laura, Br. Mark and Terri Maradei, Br. John Sabatano, Br. Lance English, Br. Jim Schneck, and contest coordinators Br. Bob and Gemma Ordonio.
