Each spring, The ARC of Frederick County reaps great reqards from the work of the Knights of Columbus, Bishop McNamara Council;s annual Tootsie Roll Campaign for the intellectually challenged. This year, Bishop McNamara Council 1622 generated $2,600 to benefit ARC of Frederick County. The newer Our Lady of Mount Carmel Council 11975 of Thurmont contributed $485.
