Dec 19, 2023 The council received two Christmas cards from the Community Foundation of Frederick County (CFFC). CFFC manages two endowments from our St. John's Council No. 1622, the Knights of Columbus Father Michael J. McGivney Scholarship Fund and the Knights of Columbus Colonel Thomas F. George Memorial Scholarship Funds. Annual scholarships are distributed from these funds by the Frederick Friends of Catholic Education to students at the St. John Regional Catholic School and St. John's Catholic Prep.
