Br. Dave told us that he has officially received his Honorary Life Membership Card from the Knights of Columbus. Br. Dave, his wife Connie, and his son, Br. Chris Shumway had moved to Florida a few years ago. In his own words:
"I have officially received my Honorary Life Membership Card from the Knights of Columbus. It all started with when I signed up at the Great Frederick Fair so many years ago (where the Council used to sell car raffle tickets each Fall). Council 1622 will always hold a special place in my heart. I thank you for your continued brotherhood and love and please offer my best to the Council 1622 where my KofC journey began."
