July 30, 2023, St. John's Council conducts an Installation of Officer's Ceremony for the new 2023-2024 Fraternal Year in the hall of the Sister Margaret Bauer Evanglization Center, St. John the Evangelist Church, Frederick, MD.
Grand Knight Rick Babbitt begins the ceremony and introduces District Deputy Tom Plunkett, who will install the new officers. Br. Rick is continuing in his second term as Grand Knight for the new Fraternal Year.
